The breakfast was satisfactory, with lots of meals. The location was comfortable, to most tourist spots, in the nice quiet area...

we recently stayed at breakfree, and the location was fantastic. we were able to reach all the top attractions and shopping centers in under ten minutes by car. our apartment was spacious enough for our family, comfortably accommodating four adults and one child. the view from our two-bedroom unit was lovely, overlooking the lakeside and tree tops, which made our stay even more enjoyable. it was also great to have some friendly staff helping us during our visit.

Stayed for 2 nights in this popular and absolutely great place, appreciated that. This was a marvellous and decent location next to all the major attractions, cafes and National Gallery and Good Food. Everything was simply excellent.

the view is spectacular, the living area and kitchen spacious. Laundry well appointed

no comfort items inrooms, eg cushions on lounge. Only one pillow per person. Only 2 keys between 3 adults. Inadequate secure parking. No coffee plunger - expected in self-contained place at this price. Windows not double glazed, so noisy from traffic and 7 day/week construction below. basics such as tea and sugar not replaced unless requested.

The stay here was comfortable on a hot night, the unit had multiple beds and a good-sized bedroom plus there was a great restaurant with local dishes.

I liked the views, the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness of the living area and the laundry facilities. Staff was courteous and intelligent. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was a comfort from the moment we walked in.

There was no one there when we went to check in, but only for a few moments. I would have liked to know exact check in times in advance. This was minor and the only thing I can think of that qualifies for the "didn't like" category.

Our experience here was real good! Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this low budget hotel. The location was convenient, short walk from City Hill. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 5 minutes walk from the venue.

This place is fully-equipped with a nice size, a balcony, a living room, and a lounge.

We loved the location and the easy access to all the attractions. We found the facilities excellent for a family with plenty of room and the staff very helpful. So much so that we booked an extra night.

Some of the furniture was getting worn and old. Perhaps some of it is in need of refurbishment.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the centre of Civic, and the views (when up high enough) were great. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Rooms were quiet and well-equipped with laundry and a decent kitchen.

The fit and finish of the apartment wasn't what one would expect from a hotel with this many stars. It seemed a bit shabby and oddly designed.

We had a really nice family holiday here, and the friendly staff made our stay even better.

We requested a 2 bedroom, and were upgraded to a nice, very spacious 3 bedroom. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Next to walking bridge to lakefront walk and bike paths. Parking was included and handy.

We didn't realize there was a boiler and managed to run out of hot water. Not a real problem. The pool was not attractive to use in the winter (June). It was covered and suggested to be cold. Didn't try.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a very pleasant quiet area just next door to several good restaurants and all Museums. Big building and rooms with a washer and a dryer.
